Caring
Most people have specific passions in life. They wake up every morning with a desire to accomplish something. Maybe its going for a run, or making an A on a test, or anything that would make them feel like they had achieved a goal. When that goal is reached, im sure it feels amazing. You can stop, look back, and say "wow look what i did!" There is a flip side, however, which is failing. More often than not, this tends to happen when you set unrealistic goals. Most of the time, this feeling will make the person sad or even depressed, for they surely tried there hardest, yet it was not enough. \Do not worry, for there is a solution to this feeling. All you have to do to avoid feeling let down and depressed is to not care in the first place. Its a great strategy. Whenever you dont accomplish anything, you wont feel sad because you never cared to in the first place. And when you do accomplish something, its unexpected and feels even better than had you tried. So i say quit setting your bars so high, in fact dont set any bars at all. just lay back, relax and enjoy life because you will have already accomplished everything you've set out to do.
