I don't see why getting old means getting boring. Sure your skin may get wrinkly, or carry around a walking stick to help you move around, but why should that keep you from having a great time? By that age, I'd hope you would have less worries or cares than ever before. In fact, that seems like the one time in your life where you should be doing everything to the max. Minus the mobility factor, I plan to have a very exciting and comical elderly life. Think about how much mischief you can get out of just for being old. When a police officer pulls you over and asks "Do you realize how fast you were going?" I can't wait to pretend like I can't hear him and just say back in my day we didn't have speed limits; or something along those lines. Apparently the older you get, the more "cranky" you get. I don't want that to be the case either. I want to be the cool old guy that has sweet stories to tell and advice to give. However it turns out, if you can look back, while sipping a drink on the beach, and still have the energy to flick someone off, I'd say you did alright.
