Sexpert

I know everyone is an expert with sex, but in case you need a little advice, this guy seems to know it all. Usually questions are directed towards an older sibling or friend, but in case your alone out there, its good to know theres someone as knowledgeable as this guy. He claims to be an expert, or "sexpert" so we have to believe him. Sorry it's probably only useful to guys, but that's half of the people in the world and you can't please everyone. So watch and take notes. Im sure he knows what he's talking about...

Nutrition

A major problem with staying healthy and eating well is the portions we feed ourselves. 7-11 has super double big gulps or a 120z drink. McDonald's has supersized meals. Basically everywhere you look, the portions of food have gotten ridiculously HUGE. I don't know if anyone is aware, but the more you eat, the fatter your going to get. So when this little burger came out, I smiled a little. Not because a hamburger is even close to being nutritious, but because it has finally attempted decreased the size of the burger. If we can get used to eating smaller sized unhealthy foods, maybe we'll only be slightly unhealthy. Maybe it will start a trend for smaller drinks and deserts. If the trend follows, who knows, maybe we could start eating foods with less calories of fat and higher in protein! But this is exciting. It may not be the end of the road, but at least its a start.

Its Fantastic

Everyone has an outlet or activity they do for stress relief. If you don't, you probably need one. Working out can be the most effective and benefitial because your body gets in shape along with getting rid of some energy. It can be thearputic. Or sexually satisfying, as it is for Arnold...either way it's a good thing. Maybe it's drawing, or singing or blogging? Whatever the medium is for your outlet, try and make it as fantastic as Arnold has.

Best places to find music

The best thing about music, is when you hear something original for the first time. Instantly, you know if your going to be listening to it over and over or if it's just not for you. Recently, I have discovered a two websites that consistently upload new and very original music. I was going to post the websites and share the wealth with everyone, but instead I just want to say if your interested, go find them. By keeping my mouth shut on this, hopefully the websites won't attract too much attention, and I can continue to find great music without it being over played. That would also be very selfish. In the event, that would happen I'm sure my blog would have little to no control over the popularity, so here they are:

The Haka

Rugby is full of so many rules and tactics most are unaware of. New Zealand's Haka is one of them. First of all, rugby players usually tend to be tough individuals. They also tend to be crazy tribal dancers too..Before a match these guys seem to summon some demon spirits or something. They have something going though. Theres no reason we all can't take this approach to facing a day of classes or work, or even a battle with your pet. Some may call it primative, I like to call it passion. Passion for life is a good thing. New Zealand has it, but do we?

During tough economic times, such as these, it is good to understand how to balance your finances. Any bank would be more than happy to help you out too. They'll give you a card, let you buy a whole bunch of stuff, and only make them pay you back a fraction of the cost. Sounds awesome. Of course we all know that's not the whole story...there's interest, and credit score. But banks don't really want us to think that stuff matters I guess. It almost seems like the encourage excess spending. So what if we did max out our cards and pay them off with another? I think its about time to start hustling these banks at their own game.

Friday the 13th

Friday the 13th comes with so many stigmas. I think there are at least ten movies in the series and countless based around the day. They're all scary and usually based around Halloween though. Why? To the best of my knowledge its just another Friday. A reason to party. Hit the bars and embrace the weekend. So I propose making it a holiday, not a scary day. I'd love to get a present or something on Friday's, so why not show some love to this day?

Say Hi to your mother for me..

http://www.nbc.com/Saturday_Night_Live/video/clips/mark-wahlberg-talks-to-animals/727504/

Mark Wahlberg has played many roles. He has been in Boogie Nights, The Italian Job, Max Payne and produces Entourage. Obviously he has a name for himself. Aparently, he is a proud man. Maybe too proud. Being from the northeast, I understand it's definitely about who you know, but that doesn't mean telling everyone about it. No one likes a ego maniac. I think the word for it is humble? Yeah humble is probably what everyone needs a little more of. He is definitely not the only person in need, so I think we can all take a little away from this and work on humbling ourselves just a little more. But tell your mother I say hi in the meantime.

MILK!

By far the most delicious drink of all time. Milk should be nominated for some glorious award for all that it provides to mankind. It is literally a stable food for some tribes in Africa. Babies also get most of their first meals from milk. It is an amazing compliment to cereal, cookies, etc...etc. It has a lot of protein for sustained energy and muscle growth. On some cartons, there has been a missing persons ad, so it can also be accredited for helping to find lost people. So I ask the question, what can't milk do? Start a car? That's not milks fault. Milk has been a great drink for some time, I figure it is finally time to give it praise. Thank you milk!

The Face of Rap

Everyone has different goals in life. Some aspire to be famous actors or musicians, doctors, CEO's, astronauts and so on. Niether is better than another, because it is your individual desire and dream. When that dream takes the form of becoming a professional rapper, your goals have taken the form of this picture. All you have to do is get some tattoo's, chain, grill and look like you just came from the ghetto. By most standards, I don't think that takes much effort. Actually, all rappers tend to fit these characteristics. But what about the kid who didn't grow up in the hood and desperately wants to become a famous rapper one day? What does he do? Sure he can try and act like something he isn't, but why can't he wear some flip flops and wear a shirt? I guess its because the face of rap remains as appealing as living in the ghetto.

Blek le Rat

Graffiti is a very broad type of artform. Some do it for a statement, while other's like Blek Le Rat, do it for a purpose. If you aren't familiar with his work, check out this website: http://creativity-online.com/work/view?seed=22f4c7ac here you'll be able to get a good idea of what he's all about. He's different because he stencils his artwork instead of making big block letters with loud colors. And theres a ton of it! The stuff is in nyc, italy, france and london. Most of the time, when we pass graffiti style work, we tend to look at is as a destructive form of rebellion. We fail to stop and think about the effort and theory behind it because most of the work frankly is not worth it. But having someone that puts meaning into graffiti is definitely worth taking a second look.

Baby Mammoth

http://channel.nationalgeographic.com/episode/waking-the-baby-mammoth-3630/Overview#tab-interactive

Most people will miss out on this show, including myself, but honestly this is very cool. A 40,000 yr old baby mammoth....sounds intense. If you go to the website you can get some awesome graphics about the mammouth and a good idea of what it actually looks like. I am thoroughly dissapointed that I won't be able to sit down and watch this. Apparently, it is the best preserved mammouth ever found. It's nothing short of crazy to think that these animals actually stomped the earth. I want to say that if I lived back then, I would keep one for a pet. But even more interesting is that it was just accidentially found. How long have we lived on this earth and we are just now finding this thing? Really makes you wonder what else we haven't found...

Tea party

http://taxdayteaparty.com/">http://taxdayteaparty.com

This tax season will come as a relief to some and a major change for others. Obama's new tax policies will increase taxes for the wealthiest american households, while lowering taxes for middle-class families in an effort to spark an economic recovery....so why the tea party?? Ultimately, it is based around the same concepts of the initial tea party in 1773, where tax payers were fed up with taxes they had fought hard to avoid. Now, I do agree the American economy is in need of some upward movement, but it is not the job of the wealthy to pay for it. That would be like punishing the smart kid for getting A's. America was based around the belief that the hard working individual could work his way to greatness, not working so others don't have to. There are many other economic policies that can help this economy, such as a corporate tax elimination or just simply getting more people to work harder..? While the tax may not exactly be on tea, the concept of wealth without unfair taxation is worth protesting.

The Bowl Haircut

The bowl hair cut. Also referred to as the "mushroom" or "chili bowl," but regardless it is a most admirable hair style. It transcends time. Screams for compliments. And definitely distinguishes the individual. I have had the pleasure of sporting this fine hair style from the ages of 6-8, but have recently thought about growing out the top of my head, while buzzing the bottom half dramatically shorter...
In fact, there are a lot of things 6 yr olds do that seem to die out with age. I don't understand why though? If you want to wear sweats, cowboy boots, and a superhero cape, why can't you? I guess we get too serious and proper, but this bowl-cut is the way to break away from that path. So I say grab a bowl and some scissors!

Smart...

I guess its never too early to learn how to be an addict. Definitely don't think children should be doing drugs, but it seems its never too early to practice. That's why you can't hate on kids like this. Maybe his goal in life is to be the best addict in the country...or even the world. So why does he have to wait until high school or college to start practicing? He will have lost out on so many opportunities to perfect his smoke rings or rolling techniques. It's just not fair that an athlete can begin practicing from birth, but addicts have to wait until they hit puberty. I applaud you smarties smoker for taking the initiative.

Harvard has no sense of humor

http://www.zug.com/static_pages/pranks/harvard-vs-mit/index02.html

On April Fools Day, it is most important to realize that a joke is meant to be funny, so its okay to laugh. Now MIT and Harvard have had a long history of playing pranks on each other. But again, those are all in good fun. You can't, and shouldn't get mad because its only a joke. But what happens when your caught a little off-guard? I think that's when your true colors are revealed. That was the case in this experiment. Both school's experienced the same joke, but Harvard got angry, while MIT took it with a smile. That definitely says something about the personality of the campus. Would you want to work with someone who was always business? No. Of course not. So why would you want to go to school with a bunch of people that can't take a harmless joke. I wouldn't...

How we sell sex to little girls

I guess the older you get, the more aware you become. When your 5, buying anything other than candy or games probably seems worthless. When your 21, alcohol and food are probably on the top of the list. And when you hit 50, your probably thinking about retirement and what beach you want to visit. At each successive age, you can look back and remember how naive you must have been to believe in things like santa or the easter bunny. But that's exactly how you learn, with age. So when a band like the Jonas brothers have such authority and influence on a younger group, you have to hope its with good intentions. They can easily trick us though. Just like you can tell your parents your studying, when your really getting ready to party. Its just the image you give off to the intended audience. I guess a purity ring would be a good thing for us all to wear, that way everyone will think we're completely innocent
